Hello everybody!

Long time no see! After the whole Google Idol-thing (and yes, I STILL would like to say: thanks for the voting!!! ), we got so busy with, for example, interviews and other stuff, that we had no time for our blog. Sorry! We did re-posted Mama I Love You for Mothersday as you may have noticed , but then you all didnt hear anything from us for a loooonngggg time. Again – sorry!
We sure have been gone for a while: for example, we had vacation (that was great!), we even both had our birthday and now we have to go back to school again. Ah well, the usual ^^

Oh! Before I forget – I just read some comments again on the about-page (over 950 comments! Thats just still unbelievable!!) and its just fantastic. Even though the comments are posted weeks or even months ago, I would just like to thank you for the support!

I would also like to make something clear; we are not going to make any new videos or do interviews. And yet again; sorry!
We hope you understand why – if not, you can read the huge ‘Goodbye’-post again!

YAYYY! We're the very first official Google Idols!!! (http://www.googleidol.com/)
Wheeeee, we won, with our video RESPECT! Our prize: we can donate $250 to a charity of our choice. We already have a few in mind, but we'll tell you which it'll be later.  

Thanks everybody so much for the voting. Winning this competition is just the perfect way to 'end' this all! So much has happenend to us; we did interviews, have been broadcasted all over the world, published in (international) magazines, newspapers, we've been on the radio – its just crazy! But the most important part: we had so much FUN!!

We also want to make something clear:
We did not removed our videos because we got sued by labels or something. We dont know who made that up, but we just told you the exact reasons why we quit in our last post! We never got into any trouble related to record companies or something.
We also noticed that several websites wrote about this, but it is not true!!!
Hope we cleared this out now!

Thanks again everybody for all the support, votes, promotion and fantastic comments. We've reached alot, which never was our intention, but we really loved all the things that happenend these last 2,5 months, and we really want to thank you all for that!

Hi everybody!

First we want to thank you for your votes in the finals!!! (www.googleidol.com) 

We have a sad message for you all! Today, we removed our videos (except for Respect, which is still in the run for Google Idol). We have different reasons for this. We hope you'll understand!
This all started for fun, and we still consider it as one big joke. We never planned to get this famous. This was a fantastic experience for both of us, but now it's getting so much with all the media and stuff, just one big hype. Of course we would still love to win google idol, that would be the perfect way to end this all.  We hope you respect that!

For the people who already downloaded our videos from google video, please don't put them on the internet again.We have our reasons for getting them off, so we hope you understand and respect our choice. So people, don't put our videos on the internet again. That's also the reason why we didn't anounce this, because we were afraid that everyone would download them and put them online again. Then it wouldnt be necessary for us to remove them ourselves

Other than that, now we're still original, but everyone is making their one videos now, so we don't want to end like old ladies without any fans . Its better to quit now, when we're still original and get lots of great and positive reactions, instead of when this 'hype' is over and thén quit – because nobody likes us anymore.

So much has happenend in just 2,5 months! When we uploaded our videos, we'd NEVER expected all this to happen. We've been on television, radio, in newspapers, all over the world!!! We have had over half a million visitors in just 2 months on our website, and we are in the finals of Google Idol!Please keep on voting for us on www.googleidol.com ! We would love to win, because that would be the perfect way to end this all for us!

Finally, thanks everybody for the support, comments, emails, hundredthousands of pageviews in the last months! Without you all we wouldn't have had so much fun !!!

Our opponents in the Grand Final are The Back Dormitory Boys, they are really great too , but although we still consider this as one big joke; we would love to become the very first Google Idols!

Hey everybody!!!

A little update! We just reached 40,000 votes at the Google Idols competition ( www.googleidol.com !), thanks alot for the voting! Its just awesome and we’re sure we’ll get into the finals now !!!

We DO want to let you know that with hundreds of new comments and emails every day, its just impossible for us the answer them all. We really appreciate them, very much!, but we cant answer every single one of them!
Don’t be dissapointed, we’d love to reply but its just impossible! Sorry!!

I think we’ll enter the finals with Respect. I hope its the right choice (since we also used it for the semi-finals), but the visitors of our website has chosen Respect as the best one! Thanks for those votes too, off course!

Here in the Netherlands, things are going crazy. We’ve been in several newspapers, on tv a few times and on the radio! For all the Dutch people: we had an interview with Giel Beelen on 3FM!
Giel is the best, thanks again Giel!!
But not only in our own country.. we have already been broadcasted all over the world, in lots of different tv-shows! We have been linked by looooots of different websites on the world wide web. And we only started this all about 3 months ago! 
Its just unbelievable, especially when you realize that this all started as one big joke!

Bonjour everybody !

We just got back from our ski-trip to France last week, it was just awesome !! We also got hundreds of great emails from you guys, thanks for that ! We’ll try to answer as much as possible.

We’re very sorry, but … we didn’t made any new vids during the vacation. We just didnt had the time! Sorry!!
We’ll see when we get the chance to make new ones!
